Background
From the inside out.
For years, anxiety was something I managed, not something I thought I had any real control over. I knew my patterns. I understood where they came from. And yet I kept running them, showing up to the same situations with the same responses, no matter how much I tried to think my way out.
I spent a decade working in customer service and sales in offices and allied health, where my passion for improving wellness grew. During that time I completed qualifications in coaching, nervous system regulation and massage therapy. Those years gave me something textbooks couldn't; a ground-level understanding of what anxiety, pressure, and emotional exhaustion actually look like in everyday life. I'd lived it. I'd watched others live it.
Everything shifted when I discovered hypnotherapy. Not the kind that offers temporary calm, but the kind that reaches the part of the mind where patterns are actually being generated, and changes them there. The relief was effortless. It was structural. And it held.
That experience led me to train under Gordon Young of The Institute of Applied Psychology, placing me three degrees of separation from Dr. Milton Erickson; the father of modern hypnotherapy. That path led to accreditation through both the College of Strategic Hypnotherapists and the College of Gordian Therapists, which include the frameworks that define how I work with every client.
